Bartleby’s fresh, custom, elegantly decorated ice cream wedding cakes are like no other dessert option in Chicago. These are not just ice cream cakes, but delicious, one-of-a-kind wedding cakes that will surprise and delight your guests. We create the ice cream from scratch in our Chicago kitchen just days before delivery, using the finest-quality ingredients, for the most vibrant flavors and luscious textures. 

The process of designing your wedding cake starts with an in-person tasting and consultation, with samples from our broad menu of homemade ice creams, baked goods, sauces, and toppings. A range of vegan and gluten-friendly options are always available alongside our standard offerings. We work closely with you to design a fully customized cake tailored to your tastes, your guest list, and the particulars of your event and venue.

Our founder, Rachel Kamins, has been creating ice cream cakes for decades and has been serving wedding customers in Chicago since 2019. With her years of experience providing ice cream wedding cakes of all sizes, flavors, and designs and in all kinds of settings and weather, you can be sure that your Bartleby's cake will be beautiful, structurally sound, and delicious.
